Celebrate your past achievements, own the power of your present life, and create a compelling vision of your future.  This is a powerfully transforming course that is also a lot of fun!  You will connect on a very deep level with all you have accomplished in the past, then use this newly developed sense of success to eliminate negativity and create ownership of all you are doing in the here and now. You will then use the confidence and strength that these two steps have created to develop a clear, compelling vision of what your future will hold, and I teach several tools for manifesting that future.  We'll be using art and music (you don't need to be an artist or a musician!) to connect & connect with your past, present and future.  We will have two special guests joining us during week 3 and week 5 who will provide additional tools to aid you in Your Happiness Expedition.

The course begins runs from Thursday, April 12 to Thursday, May 17, from 7-9pm.  We'll be in the Awareness Room at The Rock Spa located at 396-B Victoria St. N., Kitchener. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 participants, so please register early to avoid disappointment! Cost is $120 per person.
