I always said I was going to change the world. I'm a dreamer & an idealist, and I believe 100% in the power of each one of us to make a difference.
Every time one person chooses to live a life of power, we all win. When I say a life of power, I mean that you choose your dreams over conformity, you choose your beliefs and values over acceptance of the status quo, and you choose to really live your life, eliminating "I should, I have to and I can't". You own your power and you choose to be happy.

I have worked as a Certified Life Coach and Personal Empowerment Mentor for the last several years, and have recently moved away from one to one work, to focus on creating This Groovy Life Personal Empowerment Workshops, Tools and Jewellery. I still offer remote Oracle Card Readings, and may one day return to one-to-one work, but for now, this is where my heart truly lies, and is an excellent fit for my life at this time.
I have studied the works of master self development gurus for twenty years, while creating my own "life of my dreams". Every day, I have the opportunity to help others find their own strength and power, and make incredible changes in their own lives. I love what I do and am so grateful everyday for the opportunities I have to help you choose a life of power, a life where you are really, truly happy.
